We are currently seeking a Finance Lead who will play a key role in shaping and managing our financial operations. This position combines treasury management, banking operations, financial analysis, and budgeting processes in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions,
• Lead POS commission negotiations to secure the most efficient financial agreements,
• Oversee and execute investment incentive application and follow-up processes,
• Monitor and manage daily cash flow operations with precision,
• Prepare forward-looking cash flow projections and liquidity forecasts,
• Support budgeting processes by extracting and analyzing accounting and financial data,
• Create clear, structured, and actionable financial reports for management,
• Contribute to improving financial processes, reporting systems, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields,
• Proven experience in treasury, financial analysis, banking operations, or finance management,
• Hands-on experience with POS negotiations and investment incentive processes,
• Strong command of MS Excel and financial reporting tools,
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills,
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
