We are currently seeking a versatile and dynamic Marketing Lead who will act as a strategic lever for our sales targets. This unique role bridges the gap between accelerating new customer acquisition and fostering end-to-end stakeholder communication through highly effective, data-driven marketing actions.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct location based customer segment analyses to build dynamic, localized marketing strategies and annual action plans tailored to each store's unique needs.
Execute data-driven segmentation (CLV, churn, etc.) to design and manage end-to-end, personalized CRM campaigns across SMS, email, and push notifications.
Develop creative offline and online omnichannel initiatives, alongside seasonal guerrilla marketing and local events, to continuously boost store traffic and conversion rates.
Oversee performance marketing campaigns (Paid Social & Paid Search) explicitly aimed at driving footfall, continuously optimizing metrics like ROAS and CPA.
Establish regional and national Influencer/KOL and UGC (User Generated Content) partnerships to amplify brand awareness.
Collaborate with Category and Sales teams to create bundled offers, and ensure digital messaging translates flawlessly into physical retail through O2O (Online-to-Offline) visual audits.
Spearhead ecosystem expanding projects, identifying and managing potential partnerships and commercial agreement processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in local marketing, brand communication, as well as both digital and offline marketing landscapes.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build data-driven strategies and extract deep segment analyses.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, highly competent in both B2B and B2C stakeholder management.
Solid command of trade marketing principles, commercial growth metrics, and comprehensive 360-degree CRM management.
Hands-on experience in managing Influencer, KOL, and UGC content and processes.
Dynamic, proactive nature with no travel restrictions, ready to take on an active, hands-on role in the field across different store locations.
